Terms
Plain versions of the rules. If something here reads as ambiguous, the plain reading is the one we will apply.

Using the site
You need an account to signal, comment, review, launch or vote. One account per person. You are responsible for what happens under yours.
We can suspend an account that breaks these terms or the forum guidelines. Where the reason is not obvious, we will say what it was.
What you post
You keep ownership of what you write. You give EarlyHound a licence to display it on the site, in our newsletters, and in embeds you or a builder place elsewhere. That licence lasts as long as the content is on the site.
Do not post what is not yours to post, and do not post on behalf of someone else without saying so.
Launching and scouting
Anyone can put forward a product, including one they did not build. A builder can claim the page, and from then on they control it. A scout cannot remove a launch once the day it belongs to has closed, because that day is a permanent record other people rely on.
Reviews
Reviews must be from real use. We remove reviews for breaking the guidelines. We do not remove a review because the product's team dislikes it, and we do not take payment to remove one.
Ranking and promotion
Board position is earned. Promoted placements are labelled, sit outside the ranking, and are never given a rank number. Nobody can buy a position, an award, or the removal of a competitor.
Badges and embeds
You may put our badges on your own site while the thing they claim is true. A badge that says #1 of the day belongs to the product that was #1 that day, and it stays yours permanently. Do not alter a badge to claim something it does not say.
What we do not promise
The site is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be available without interruption, and we are not liable for what you lose by relying on it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
We will update this page when the product changes. Material changes get a note in the changelog rather than a silent edit.
Law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Israel. Questions go to hello@earlyhound.com.
