Yokka is a kanban board for tracking coding agents. It connects to Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, VS Code, Claude, ChatGPT and any MCP agent. Over 13,000 agents connected. Code stays on your machine. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Hosted in the EU. Runner connects outbound only and starts cards from any device including a phone. Cards move automatically as agents claim, request input on, or complete work. Copy-prompt handoff instructs agents to use MCP tools: claim_card with card ID, get_card for the brief, set_checklist for breaking down steps, check_item to mark steps off, report_progress for milestones as one line each, request_input if blocked with what it waits on, and complete_card with a summary when done. Cards can be started from anywhere including a phone. The agent keeps running on your machine and your code never leaves it. Install the runner once on the computer that holds your code. Then start cards, answer questions and stop runs from anywhere. Before you stop working, update the card: done, blocked, or waiting on something says what it waits on. The agent reads the card and knows what to do next. Yokka moves cards as agents work. Your agents keep code on your machine. Yokka just tracks where they are.
