Whiteboard is an MIT-licensed tool for reviewing diffs at the architecture level. It visualizes changes as sequence diagrams, database diagrams, and more. Read beautiful semantic diffs: view long algorithms as pseudocode, always show function signatures, and fold unchanged regions. Fully extensible with plugins. Audit agent trajectories to understand if the decisions you made were completed correctly, and if the decisions the agent made make sense. The diff engine is AST-based and written in Rust. Trajectories link to authoring conversations, so you can see what the author asked for and whether the code matches. Works on macOS, Windows, and Linux. Hosted Whiteboard is coming soon to increase velocity for whole teams. YC W26. Open-source with an MIT license, built by the dev.fast team.
