Toby runs mock job interviews on a Meet, Teams, or Zoom-style call. Paste a job description and Toby researches the company, builds a brief with stage, size, business model, and recent news, maps every round from recruiter screen to case, and lists the questions most likely to come up. Real mode runs the interview straight through; Coach mode gives a note after each answer and a retry. You can interrupt, and camera can be on or off. Afterwards you get a debrief with a score against the role's rubric, the quote behind each score, pace and filler words, and a stronger version of each answer built only from what you said.
