Hitting a usage limit before lunch and having no idea what did it is a specific kind of annoying, because the thing that spent the budget is invisible by the time you notice.
Built entirely from logs that are already on disk, which is why it can exist at all. Ran it on my own history and found one agent loop that had quietly re-read the same directory forty times.
