Strata

Strata is a self-service analytics platform that combines a governed semantic layer with beautiful dashboards and agent-safe data access. Model by naming: two YAML file types and a naming convention are the whole model. Your coding agent drafts it, strata audit validates it against the warehouse, and Git carries it to production. Dynamic universes open the whole model to people and agents, with every step validated and previewed as you build. A semantically invalid query is refused before it runs. Automatic cross-domain blending aggregates each fact to the common grain and joins on conformed keys, never fact to fact. Strata cannot double count, and agents get a refusal instead of a wrong number. Federated smart OLAP routing sends every query to the fastest engine that can answer it, with a fallback to the warehouse when filters fall outside the hot tier. Sub-second for agents and dashboards, less load on the warehouse. Beautiful by default: drop views in the order you want them read and the layout engine sizes, places, and colors them. Five measure types plus segments, all computed at the right grain. Build an agent in the same editor you build a report in, with live measures and dimensions in its instructions.
