Solid is an agent platform where each agent has its own Windows/macOS computer, Linux server, or mobile device, its own Google and Apple accounts, and the ability to sign up for services and pay within your approval rules. Hand over a job in plain language, close the laptop, and the agent works out the steps, connects to any tool the job needs, builds what is missing, checks the result, and reports back. Agents can get themselves unstuck when a tool fails or their setup breaks, and they keep the fixes that worked for future jobs. They can create more Solid agents or bring in Codex and Claude Code, divide the work, and return one checked result. Pricing: Starter $40/mo, Pro $160/mo, Max $640/mo. Your full monthly payment becomes one balance for AI usage, machines, and purchases your agents make. No extra platform fee. $20 trial credit. Built by Trevor Keith.

Most AI agents stop when you close the laptop, or when they hit a tool they cannot reach. Solid's pitch is the opposite: agents that keep working unattended, with their own machines, accounts, and the ability to buy services within your budget and approval rules.

The part I keep thinking about is agents that can get themselves unstuck — investigate a failed tool, make a repair, check that the job runs again, and keep what worked for next time. I have not handed one a multi-day job yet. That is the first test.
