Rouler is rules for your routes. It steers network traffic across multiple network interfaces on Windows, so you can run Tailscale, Mullvad and OpenVPN side by side and send Slack through one, Chrome and an IP range through another and a torrent client through a third. It is VPN agnostic and works with anything that sets up a Windows network interface. Built in Rust, now in public beta.
