PDF TO MP3 turns PDFs, Word files, EPUBs, text, Markdown, and web links into audio you can listen to. Listen to the original text, or pick Explained per page for a simpler spoken explanation of every page, with one narrator or a multi-speaker podcast style, and translation into other languages when needed. A new MCP server and Codex plugin let you use your Codex or Claude subscription for the document processing, with only speech billed to your own OpenAI or Gemini key. There are also iPhone and Android apps that play documents one sentence at a time, with steering wheel skip controls for listening in the car, and a Chrome extension for webpages.
