For anyone shipping watches, jewellery or electronics, the expensive argument is the one that starts with "the box arrived empty". PallasMark attaches packing videos and photos to the Shopify order — condition, serials, accessories, the sealed box — from a phone or from files you already have, and keeps a sealed revision of that record. When a return or a chargeback comes in, the evidence is organised and ready rather than somewhere on a camera roll.

High-value merchants have been filming their packing tables for years with a phone propped against a tape gun. The footage exists; the problem is that it is never attached to the order and never findable when the chargeback arrives sixty days later.
Linking the record to the order and treating a revision as sealed is what turns a habit into evidence. Whether a payment processor treats it as evidence is the question I would put to the builders.
