OwnTime gives a handful of priorities a daily time budget each and runs one clock at a time: starting one pauses the rest, and when a budget is spent an alarm goes off rather than a notification you can miss. A ring on the iPhone and the Apple Watch shows what is spent and what is still yours; at midnight everything resets. No account and no server — each device keeps its own state and the pair sync when together.

Time trackers tell you where the day went. This one tells you where it is going, which is the version of the information you can still act on.
The chess-clock rule — one thing running, everything else paused — is a small constraint that does a lot of work, and the decision to make it an alarm rather than a notification is the builder admitting how absorbed people get. Watch-first, no account, no server: I like everything about the shape of it.
