Overheard is a tiny Mac menu bar app that records your calls from the Mac's own audio, so no bot joins the meeting. It transcribes every word on your Mac or in the cloud, saves plain files in your Meetings folder, and a built-in MCP server lets Claude Code, Claude Desktop or Codex search your meetings and quote the exact minute. Free, open source (MIT), no account.
