Team-wide, message-level analytics for coding agents
Opaline provides team analytics for Claude Code and Codex sessions at the message level. It tracks token usage, cost, and skill usage for coding agent sessions across your team, turning individual teammate struggles into shared learning. Each message in a coding agent session gets its own analytics: which prompts used the most tokens, which skills were invoked, where sessions got stuck, and how long each completion took. The platform is positioned as PostHog for coding-agent sessions rather than another generic LLM dashboard. Analytics surface patterns across the team's Claude Code and Codex usage to help engineering leads understand where agents help and where they do not. Built by Opaline Labs.

Most LLM analytics tools give you aggregate token counts and model latency. Opaline's pitch is message-level granularity for coding agent sessions: every prompt Claude Code or Codex saw, every skill it invoked, and every completion it returned, all tagged with cost and token breakdowns.
The part that caught my attention is the team learning angle. If three people on your team are stuck on the same problem, the analytics surface that pattern so you can turn it into a shared solution. I have not connected it to a live team workspace yet. The first thing I would verify is whether the message-level tracking actually identifies where sessions struggle, or if it is just another cost dashboard with better labels.
