I built MochiMeet after one too many calls that opened with "so… what did you want to talk about?"
Every scheduling tool solves the when. None of them solve the why. So the meeting starts, and the first ten minutes go to figuring out what it's even for.
MochiMeet adds one step before the time picker: guests choose a reason and answer two or three questions you define. Those answers become a Meeting Brief that gets attached to the calendar invite — so both sides show up already knowing what this is about.
Then there's the part that happens during the call: send in the MochiMeet agent and it joins the meeting, transcribes it and hands you the summary afterwards. Context before, notes after — you just show up and talk.
The other thing we refused to compromise on is how the booking page looks. Scheduling links are usually the ugliest URL you send anyone. Ours has video backgrounds, real typography, your own link and branding, a page people actually remember receiving.
Free plan, no credit card, live in about a minute. Would love your feedback — especially on the Quick Brief questions.
