Four US states charge a recycling fee on every mattress and foundation sold to their residents, and the amount, the label on the receipt and the monthly report are all set by the state. This app adds the right per-unit fee for the shipping destination at checkout, under the wording each state requires, then checks every order server-side so express checkouts that bypass checkout customisations are caught too. The dashboard keeps the monthly unit counts the Mattress Recycling Council asks for.
