Most note apps either trap your data or cost more every year. Harbor has native apps on every platform I use, does OCR on receipts, and puts the exit terms in writing before you start.
The price lock is the part that made me look twice. They publish it as a binding commitment: your rate stays your rate, in a category where doubling it after two years is normal. I have not moved my archive yet, but the export is clean Markdown.
