GBrain

GBrain is a shared workspace of plain notes that syncs across every AI the team uses — ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, or any MCP client. Write down how the team ships once, and every AI answers from it. The notes are plain files on a server of the team's own, not a black box: open one, fix a line, and every AI answers from the fix. Connect Gmail, Calendar, Stripe, or the web once for the whole team, and GBrain holds the credentials and hands each AI only the result of a call, never the password. Each AI gets a permission level (Off, Read, Draft, Manage, Full), and every call lands on one record. Includes one-click skills for recurring jobs: team daily sync, deep person brief, meeting notes, inbox cleanup, news watch, and pitch scorecard. Pricing is per workspace, not per person. YC-backed, built by Brad Gessler and Garry Tan.

Every team is prompting alone — each AI with its own notes and separate context. GBrain's pitch is one workspace of plain files that syncs to Claude, to ChatGPT, to Cursor, whichever the team plugs in. What the team works out stays there, so the person who joins in March can ask about a decision made in January.
The part that caught my attention is the permission model: connect Gmail once, set each AI to Read or Manage, and every call lands on one record. I have not connected a live team Gmail account yet. That is what I would try first.
