Flostep is a canvas for how something works — a login flow, a checkout, a service call chain — where the arrows have an order and a viewer steps through them one interaction at a time, the active step lit and the rest faded. Diagrams are built by dragging components or by pasting plain "A -> B: action" lines, or by an AI assistant over MCP. Shared as a link that embeds anywhere as a live diagram, with comments from reviewers who need no account.

An architecture diagram with forty arrows on it is a picture of everything and an explanation of nothing. The thing you actually do in a design review is point at one arrow at a time, in order, and this makes that the format.
The text import is what makes it usable for me — a diagram I can write in a file and regenerate. Whether the walkthrough format survives contact with a genuinely messy system is the thing I would try first.
