The gap between a working agent prompt and an agent that runs every morning is usually a shell script and a cron line that nobody remembers writing. Cronloop is aimed at that gap: write the job in Markdown, give it the tools, and let it run unattended.
The MCP bridge is the part I keep thinking about — agents that can schedule themselves, check their own runs, and fix their own failures without a dashboard. I have not pointed it at a live API with consequences yet. That is what I would try first.
