CmdRound is a hiring assessment for how engineers work alongside a coding agent. Send a candidate a link and they get a real codebase, an industry-standard task, and 55 minutes with Claude Code. CmdRound records their prompts, every diff they approved or rejected, how long they looked before saying yes, and when the tests went red and back to green. You get a score on four plain questions: do they verify the AI's work, does the work hold up, how do they recover when it breaks, and how do they direct the agent, plus a replay of the session. Scoring is rule-based, with no LLM judge, and the candidate installs nothing. $49 one-time for 10 candidates, valid for a year. Built by James Akpan.
