Chit is an offline Mac app that reads Claude Code session transcripts from your local machine and prints a plain-text receipt summarizing what you built, what the agent did, and how much it cost. It runs entirely offline, no account or upload required. The whole app is 777 KB. It is built for the moment at the end of a coding session when you want to know what actually happened without opening six transcript files.
