Live in a folder on your site like yoursite.com/help, not a subdomain. URLs a human can read, and a preview card for every article when you share it. Every page can be copied as markdown or opened in ChatGPT or Claude, plus llms.txt for agents. Built after Intercom's help center search broke and matched on the word the instead of answering the question. The fix did not come fast enough so the builder made Chat.sh. It moved Testimonial.to's help center onto it and is what is used every day now.
