What’s something you spent way too long building that users barely cared about?

I’ll go first. I’ve definitely spent days polishing features I was convinced were important, only to launch them and get basically… nothing. Then some small thing we almost didn’t build ends up being the part people actually mention. Curious what yours was. What did you overbuild, and what did users actually care about instead?
